February‘Abu-Ghazaleh Global Digital’ and Al-Khaleel University Sign Cooperation Agreement
AMMAN - Al-Khaleel University
has signed a cooperation agreement with Talal Abu-Ghazaleh Global Digital
(TAG.GD). The agreement, , which was signed by HE Dr. Talal Abu-Ghazaleh,
founder and chairman of TAG.GD, and Dr. Raghad Dweik, acting president of the
University, aims to strengthen collaboration between the two sides in academic,
research, and training fields, at both professional and digital levels, along
with issuing certificates accredited by both sides, in addition to supporting
digital transformation programs, and implementing standards of quality and
academic excellence.
During the signing ceremony,
Dr. Abu-Ghazaleh emphasized the importance of such cooperation in contributing
to the development of higher education and enhancing digital innovation in
academic institutions. He asserted the crucial role of digital transformation
in improving the capabilities of students and faculty members, and which would
positively help educational institutions achieve sustainable development
goals.
For her part, Dr. Dweik
expressed her thanks and appreciation for Dr. Abu-Ghazaleh, praising the
pioneering role TAG.GD plays in the fields of digital transformation and in
qualifying academic cadres through advanced educational strategies. She also
affirmed that this partnership would effectively serve a wide range of
students, as well as the entire Palestinian community by opening new horizons
in the fields of innovation and modern technology.
As part of implementing the terms of the
agreement, joint committees will be formed to ensure the effective
implementation of cooperation areas. These committees will include
representatives from the concerned institutions in TAG.GD, members from the
University departments, faculties, the Continuing Education and Community
Development Department, and the Center for Excellence in Education.
