AprilAbu-Ghazaleh and the Malaysian Cultural Attaché Discuss Cooperation
AMMAN – HE Dr. Talal Abu-Ghazaleh, founder and chairman of Talal Abu-Ghazaleh Global (TAG.Global), received in his office the Head of the Malaysian Cultural Attaché, Prof. Dr. Rudwan Abdul Rashid, to discuss means of cooperation in various areas.
During the meeting, the two sides underlined the significance of cooperation in education through Talal Abu-Ghazaleh University College for Innovation (TAGUCI); the first-of-its-kind University that graduates students based on the submission of innovative projects, not just by passing traditional exams.
Dr. Abu-Ghazaleh expressed his pride in the deep-rooted ties with Malaysia, considering that TAG.Global has been providing a wide range of professional services through its office in Kuala Lumpur since 2018.
For his part, Dr. Abdul Rashid affirmed his readiness to facilitate twinning programs offered by TAGUCI with those provided in Malaysia through the Malaysian Government. He expressed the Government’s willingness to cooperate in teaching the Arabic language in Malaysia, in addition to the provision of additional TAG.Global’s available services, including capacity-building, educational consultancy and IT skills exams, as well as professional training in accounting and auditing.
At the end of the meeting, Dr. Abdul Rashid presented an Honorary Shield from the Malaysian Embassy on behalf of the Malaysian Government to Dr. Abu-Ghazaleh in recognition of his valuable efforts in strengthening relations between the two countries.
