‘Abu-Ghazaleh University College for Innovation’ and Spark International Organize Joint Workshop

University College for Innovation (TAGUCI), a member of Talal Abu-Ghazaleh
Global (TAG.Global), in cooperation with Spark, has organized a workshop on the
development of academic curriculums and programs, in line with the
previously-signed Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) between the two sides.

The workshop was held in the
presence of the TAGUCI Dean, Dr. Naser Al-Nsor, in addition to the TAGUCI
academic faculty and administrative members including Dr. Mohammad Abu Yaman,
TAGUCI deputy dean, Mr. Mamoun Abu Al-Sebaa, TAGUCI assistant dean for
management and external relations, Dr. Raed Hanandeh, TAG.Global executive
director for digital transformation, and Ms. Razan Khirfan, quality senior
officer. That is in addition to Mr. Nermin Begovic, Spark’s director of
Business Development and Curriculum in Higher Education Institutions, and Mr.
Ahmad Haj As'hab, SPARK project officer.

During the event, Dr. Al-Nsor
pointed out that the purpose of the workshop is to benefit from the expertise
and experience SPARK possess in developing academic programs in the fields of
entrepreneurship and innovation in accordance with the international standards,
noting that the University College is one of the pioneering universities  embracing this approach.

It is worth mentioning that
the workshop was held as part of TAGUCI's efforts in developing academic
programs to keep pace with the development and novelty in the field of
entrepreneurship and digital innovation. The workshop was also held in line
with the vision and directions of HE Dr. Talal Abu-Ghazaleh, TAG.Global founder
and chairman, on the need of providing students with the necessary knowledge to
create future innovators.

The workshop also proves
TAGUCI’s keenness to promote and develop the culture of entrepreneurship and
innovation at all levels inside the University College and the local community
in general. This could lead to creating opportunities for improvement and
development, and is effectively contributing to guiding the University College
toward excellence through international partnerships and by enhancing
cooperation with organizations concerned with innovation and entrepreneurship.

sustainable job opportunities and economic prospects for people in these societies,
through development of higher education and the local private sector.



Talal Abu-Ghazaleh University College for
Innovation (TAGUCI) is a University College is an independent educational
institution accredited by the Jordanian Ministry of Higher Education, the
Accreditation and Quality Assurance Commission for Higher Education
Institutions, the membership of the Association to Advance Collegiate Schools
of Business (AACSB) and the Foundation for International Business
Administration Accreditation (FIBAA).
