December‘Abu-Ghazaleh University College for Innovation’ Conducts Advanced Business Administration Program
AMMAN – Talal Abu-Ghazaleh University
College for Innovation (TAGUCI) has organized the ‘Advanced Business
Administration’ training program for the cadres of the Axantia Company (the
Pharma International Company in Jordan and Med City Pharmaceutical Industries
in Saudi Arabia).
The program aims to introduce the
participants to modern management applications considering real cases from both
domestic and international markets, which include failure and success stories.
That is in addition to improving management skills for senior tasks as well as
management operation methods inside and outside the company.
The participation of Axantia in
this program emanates from its keenness to develop, train and improve the
administrative skills and abilities of its employees, where a number of
business administration specialists and quality control, sales, production and
accounting managers from Jordan and Saudi Arabia would participate in the
program.
TAGUCI Dean, Dr. Naser Al-Nsor, stated
that conducting such a course came with a view of preparing and qualifying
participants to become entrepreneurs in the field of business and management.
He expressed the University College’s pride for being selected by
the Pharma International Company and Med City Pharmaceutical Industries to
organize the program.
The program provides scientific materials
and applications designed to sharpen participants’ capacities and improve their
business knowledge and experience in the field of business administration. This
is to qualify participants for senior administrative functions armed with
modern management skills necessary for current and upcoming projects;
especially the use of modern concepts and terminology, as well as creating a
conceptual and applied structure for the dimensions of overall quality,
competitive advantage and their changes.
The program was presented by a group of
TAGUCI specialists in the field of business administration that included
Dr. Luai Jraisat, TAGUCI’s associate professor of marketing and supply chain
management, who covered several topics such as marketing management, operations
and project management. Meanwhile, Dr. Nasser Assaf tackled the topics of
strategic management, competitive advantage, quality assurance, leadership and
change management, while Dr. Mohammed Shbeita lectured on financial
management subject.
It is worth mentioning that the Talal
Abu-Ghazaleh University College for Innovation (TAGUCI) is an independent
educational institution accredited by the Jordanian Ministry of Higher
Education and the Accreditation and Quality Assurance Commission for Higher
Education Institutions. It received membership of the Association to Advance
Collegiate Schools of Business (AACSB), and the Foundation for International
